BRYAN CHOATE
Licensed Agent, Team Leader
Bryan has been a resident of the “Valley of the Sun” for over 25 years and has over 12 years experience in residential real estate.Bryan is a million dollar “Top Producer” with Great Arizona Realty.
Bryan has extensive experience working with real estate investors and he is a well known real estate investment strategy expert who is frequently asked to speak on current real estate investment strategies, how the current market has changed how to invest in Arizona real estate, and how to work with buyers who are new to real estate investing.Bryan has a large client base of real estate investor clients who have been partnered with Bryan for years because they trust his judgment, his knowledge of the Valley, and his real estate investment expertise. In 2004 Bryan established Great American Property Management, a property management company to meet the needs of his growing real estate investor client base.
Bryan is also an expert on the new home market.He spent several years working in new home sales so he knows the Valley builders as well as the unique challenges that can arise when dealing with builders and new homes.Bryan constantly tracks new home building projects and builder incentive programs throughout the Valley in order to offer new home options to his buyer clients.Bryan’s experience working in new home sales makes him an aggressive negotiator who knows how to get the most from builders in a new home contract negotiation.
Finally, Bryan is an expert on the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and North Phoenix luxury home markets.It takes a great deal of real estate experience and a comprehensive knowledge of the luxury home market to properly market a luxury home.Bryan has been successfully selling and buying luxury homes for many years and the fantastic client reviews he has received, as well as their referrals of friends and family, are testaments to his exceptional ability and dedication to his clients.
ANDY WENMAN
Licensed Agent
Andy is a founding member of the Bryan Choate Team and has been in the real estate industry since 1997.He worked as a title examiner, assistant title officer, and marketing representative in the title and escrow industry before becoming a full time real estate agent in 2001.
Andy received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Washington State University which allows him to counsel and provide his clients with additional financial information to aid in the proper selection of mortgage instruments.
Andy has a vast knowledge of the valley cities that is not limited to specific areas.He has worked with clients as far West as Estrella Mountain Ranch to Apache Junction in the East and from Wickenberg and Anthem in the North to Maricopa in the South.He has sold everything from small condos to single family homes as well as new homes and investment properties up to 8-plexes.
Contributing to his success is his high number of referrals from friends, family, and business associates who have experienced Andy’s complete commitment to providing outstanding service.Andy is particularly good with first time home buyers as he realizes the extra challenges and emotions associated with such a purchase.He takes extra pride and care in making the process as smooth as possible.
RYAN CROWELL
Licensed Agent
Ryan relocated to Arizona in 2001 from Anacortes, Washington. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. Prior to real estate, he was a loan officer in the mortgage industry.
Ryan finds great satisfaction in helping his clients find their ideal home. He has worked with many first time buyers who like his enthusiasm and find his patience in explaining every detail of the real estate transaction puts them at ease. This combination of enthusiasm and knowledge is why so many of Ryan’s satisfied clients have referred him to their friends and family.
Ryan is an expert on the new home market. He has helped many of his investor clients take advantage of builder incentives to strengthen their real estate investment portfolios. As a real estate investor himself, Ryan is always looking for great investment opportunities.
STACIE LEVREAU
Transaction Coordinator
Stacie has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since 2004 and has also held a California real estate license since 1996.
Stacie takes care of the contract paperwork once a listed home goes under contract or once a buyer writes a contract.She is an amazingly organized person who keeps track of all of the details involved during the contract transaction process.Stacie keeps in touch with everyone involved in the contract from agents to vendors to clients so that there is always an open channel of communication.Stacie schedules all inspections, provides everyone with status updates, and notifies everyone if there are any changes.Her constant communication is appreciated by everyone and makes for a smooth transaction.
